2. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

In EUROGINE we will treat your data in order to:

  • Resolve doubts and / or queries that users may raise through the web.
  • Send newsletters and commercial communications related to EUROGINE products and services.   • Right to request the limitation of their treatment: that is, the right to obtain from the data controller the limitation of the processing of the data in the following cases:
    • When the interested party challenges the accuracy of the personal data for a period that allows the responsible to verify the accuracy of them.
    • When the treatment is illegal, and the interested party opposes the deletion of personal data and requests instead the limitation of its use.
    • When the person in charge no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the treatment, but the interested party needs them for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.
    • When the interested party has opposed the treatment exercising his right of opposition in accordance with the provisions of article 21.1 GDPR, while verifying if the legitimate reasons of the responsible party prevail over those of the interested party.
  • Right to data portability: you will be entitled to receive the personal data that you have, that you have provided to a data controller, in a structured format, for common use and mechanical reading, and to transmit them to another data controller without the person responsible should prevent it.
